Truscon Minerals has been in business since 2000, first as an internet dealer and more recently as a dealer in local gem and mineral shows, trade shows and pop-up rock shows. I have been a member of the Swap Area at the Annual Show for many years, and many collectors have met me there and “swapped” with me to add to their collections. As of this year I have an online presence on Facebook and Instagram under my business name. My website is currently active and under development. In addition to mineral sales, I do appraisals of collections and both documentary photography and fine mineral photography for clients.
Mineral specimens for sale in the range of $2 – $300, for beginning and intermediate collectors. I carry a wide range of minerals in all sizes from thumbnail to large cabinet. I also carry some “decorator” mineral specimens.
I have been a member of HGMS since 1977 and have been president of the club and chairman of the Mineral Section. Currently I am dealer chairman for the Annual Show.
